Bringing forth fruit is evidence that He has chosen and ordained us for His purposes and is working in us. Answered prayers are also evidence that He has chosen us. Being chosen to have our prayers answered is a wonderful thing. Ephesians 2:10 For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.We AND our good works are ordained by God. Are you doing what He wants you to? Are you abiding in His love? Does His joy remain in you? Is your joy full? John 15:10 If ye keep my commandments, ye shall abide in my love; even as I have kept my Father's commandments, and abide in his love. 11 These things have I spoken unto you, that my joy might remain in you, and that your joy might be full.Philippians 1:6 Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ: 2:13 For it is God which worketh in you both to will and to do of his good pleasure. Revelation 4:11 Thou art worthy, O Lord, to receive glory and honour and power: for thou hast created all things, and for thy pleasure they are and were created. |
